Te Amo Tango
| Raúl Jaurena is the most in demand bandoneonist in the US. He frequently performs with artists such as Paquito D'Rivera, Giora Feidman, the Frankfurt Symphony, and Pablo Ziegler. He is also featured regularly on international stages as a soloist with symphonic orchestras. This recording is the product of his successful show at the Thalia SpanishTheater (NYC) in 2005 when he invited the talented Sinopus String Quintet from Uruguay along with pianist Octavio Brunetti and vocalist Marga Mitchell. Soundbrush Records is proud to present this stunning recording of Jaurena’s bold tango arrangements and compositions along with compositions by his Uruguayan peers Oldimar Caceres and Edelmiro D'Amario.
